Excellent service from the guys at Wanneroo Renault especially Jeff who sold us the car. Was never once pushy, always listened to our concerns (we were skeptical after an unpleasant experiencce with another Renault dealer prior) and even helped out with some of the extended warranty costs before we even asked. Cheers guys, for the pleasant buying experience.

I got a Koleos yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Zenas was my contact and he was really helpful, got everything sorted for me (really quickly!) and the rest of the team were genuinely so helpful. Can’t fault anything and would happily go back to them in future.

Workshop of horror....replacement of parts are carried out including timing belt, clutch, water pump, steering pump, drive shaft and general electrics. Was promised turnaround within 1 week but end up in workshop for 3 long weeks. No communications or updates was provided, after numerous of phone call and to my horror they finally told me they have killed the engine a few days earlier and was looking for a replacement of engine. Have requested for the evidence of paperwork on the replacement engine (for the department of transport) it was declined.When i finally took the car home, realize the car has been handle badly with grease inside and outside the car, broke the original wheel cover (someone tied together with cable ties), chip and dent on car body. I drove back to the workshop and report to my dismay, was greeted with the Service Manager with no apologies. After spending big sums of money, the treatment will be better spend else where. The reason i choose this workshop in the first place thinking as a reputable organization, job will be a better service with good outcome and i was totally WRONG.-----------------------------After reading your response, agree there are risks of older vehicles...but if not confidentin fixing of old vehicles then shouldn't take on the job. Any repair jobs in workshop should be held accountable in regards of the age of vehicle.A courtesy called will dissolve any misunderstanding. Will appreciated proof of chassis number on replacement engine as required by the department of transportBy the way wheel covers just a couple of years old,Car wash ? I have witnessed was a wipe on the back window , speedometer still not working after $ 177.-for diagnostic, and no report for any solutions or what have to be done to fix it.Request for petrol??After been given a empty loan car ( Because I Broke myEngine" ha ha).filled up a day before not knowing that my car is ready to pickup the following day ...!???No words .."

We just purchased a Renault Arkana from Wanneroo Renault, and are very satisfied with the service provided. We needed a car quickly and Paul was great in helping us with the car selection and pricing. He was also very effective in getting the papework done and the car ready for delivery same day. Amar sorted out the payments very quickly, a nice and friendly guy. Great team there. This would be a five start review, it's four because the car only had a half tank of fuel on delivery.

My son bought his dream car from this dealership. Car arrived from Perth unregistered and filthy. Battery flat on arrival and had to jump start it to get to the Renault dealership. Spent three days getting sorted. Appalling customer service.

The team at Wanneroo Renault working together made my car buying experience a pleasure, problems were solved, obstacles overcome to finally result in a seamless process starting from Paul at Sales , Simon in Accounting and Glenn in Management.Wanneroo Renault is a good company with decent people ready to help you.

I bought a Jeep from Wanneroo Renault recently and I have to say they have a fantastic Sales team. Not too pushy and happy to help with any questions I had. The finance team were great too and very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
