Hair at the Memo

Was so cheap I'm from qld and the norm cost for me is 45 to 60 buck... was 10$ absolute shock and a really good job will be going back

My family and I all come to Hair at the Memo to get our hair cut. Sally and the other ladies do such a great job.They always ask what you would like done when it is your turn and they certainly spend more than enough time doing it, no rushing. If they are super busy, no big deal we come back later - patience is King or Queen! :) Plus their prices are fair too.

Please change your working hours. Because you guys close almost an hour earlier than what you’ve mentioned on your site and also outside of your shop.I’ve at your shop 4 continues days, 3rd day one of your staff told me it will if I came before 5:15 pm and next day when I came your staff told me it is close ( however, the closing time is 6:00 pm). So please if you can’t do it DO NOT COMMITEE IT.

very quick and rebecca is my favourite, i would only go to her for my haircuts. she is very nice as well as the other hairstylists.

Prices must have gone up … price for a trim (like half inch) minimum $48.00 !!Not used to paying that much so didn’t go in…

I really can’t begin to explain how terrible this place is. I unfortunately went there twice, the first time, there was 5 people waiting for their haircut and within 15 minutes, 2 staff members were able to get through all of them. I can vouch for the other 1 star ratings that this hair dressers is money hungry, they are unprofessional and just want to get through as many people as possible in the shortest amount of time possible without caring about how well the haircut is. Immediately after my first haircut, I went straight over to hair today to get them to fix what hair at the memo did.The second time I went there was because it was the only place open immediately after Christmas. Again, with 6 people in the waiting room, 2 staff were able to get through all 6 in about 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, my haircut took about a minute and a half and I ended up leaving there with my hair still dripping wet, not styled and not what I asked for. I would tell the staff who was cutting my hair if they could make it shorter and she wouldn’t do anything.I would definitely not recommend this hair dresser and trust what the 1 star reviews say.

Sally worked hard to fit us in, as interstate visitors on a tight time frame, if a tad exy! Lovely service, keen to provide professional, competent hair do at short notice. Many thanks, Sally:great “Do!” Kind, empathetic manager!

I take my sons here for hair cuts and they love it! The ladies are always friendly, quick and professional - overall fantastic service.
