Sorry guys, but all I ordered was some fries from drive thru. Had to wait around 15mins. Paid at first window, then pick up at second window while another customer behind me drove around. When I finally got my simple order of fries there was NO seasoning on them at all..... At this rate, you will be losing customers left, right and centre, no doubt!

Guys it's really not hard to cook rice. It's one of the easiest things to cook. I don't know how you can get this wrong. Crunchy rice in a burrito doesn't go down well.

I tried Guzman for the first time this year while I was on holidays in Darwin. I was so excited when I realised there was a store in Salisbury.I had it today what a huge disappointment , minimal cheese and Nachos extremely dryI had purchased sour cream that helped.looked nothing like your pictures'

i ordered a slowed cooked beef burrito was excited to give it go but the beef was just all jiggly fat and it was disgusting. feeling sick from it now. never going back again for anything besides the sundae. thought it would be bigger considering it looks like a large in the pictures but when you get it it’s tiny but it was pretty good.

My food was tasty but the service is terrible. We all ordered together and meals came out 15 minutes apart. So the three of us all ate separately over an hour or so. Terrible terrible customer service and they weren't even busy. The music was so blooming loud in the kitchen and they were obviously not interested in the fact that their customers were waiting. Looked like they were having a party rather than working.

The food is amazing! Tastes great, almost as good as their interstate competitor. We had to wait ages to be served and because it’s a public holiday we had to pay a 15% surcharge which I don’t think is fair when other fast food eateries don’t charge.

missing ingredients more than 4 times..no response if call the GYG. also no clue why they are so careless that there is a piece of string in the food. very disappointed. 0 stars if there was option for that.

We went through drive-thru on 27/05/23 at 5pm, and ordered a burrito large meal & soft tacos. Paid $50, and received a reg burrito that was the size of a mini containing 90% rice, small fries and queso instead of large, being what we paid for. Asked for manager to replace the fries and queso in the correct size & received the large queso and fries with NO speck of seasoning to be seen on the fries at all.

Extremely unimpressed with the service.We waited 40 minutes for a nachos and one of the nachos did not have the extra as we had paid for.There was a ton of people working" there but most of them were standing around chatting..The food was really tasty but I don't think it's worth a 40 minute wait.Plus I've been served food faster in restaurants.."
