Canberra Toyota Service Centre

My car was taken to Phillips Toyota service centre because the car had some issue in starting up. When they give me a call after the inspection for what needs to be replaced.I informed him that my last mechanic already replaced these items( fuel pump assembly, spare plug, ignition coil) My mechanic has installed all of these parts brand new. In case u put any new part pls return my car old parts so that I can return him and get my money back. When I went to collect my car they refused to give the old parts.I paid for the same parts for two mechanics.The staff was very rude and not helpful.After that they start making excuses to chat with the manger.11:30 they told me our manager went for lunch.I don't recommend anyone to go there to get their services.Thanks

Recently had my front wheel bearings replaced here, however one of the new ones was faulty. Fortunately they remedied this free of charge. They do a great service but it can be a wait to get in.

I was at Toyota Service on Friday morning to repair faulty steering. Couple of hours later I was called to pick up the car. I was told that the intermittent shaft needed to be changed and was quoted on it. I asked if the repair would be covered by warranty. The service advisor told me that he would speak to the warranty clerk and phone me ASAP. Two hours later I rang the switch and she told me that she would relay my message to the service advisor. I am still waiting- do you call this prompt and professional service?

Poor service. Asked them to check a specific area. Recent experience. They didn't.Used to be good years back, when they even washed cars after service. Now its a money making spot with asking us added costs than what they are allowed to charge by Toyota. Go to them for the service at your own risk !
