Outstanding experience. Two visits and both absolutely outstanding. Food was absolutely delicious, service was wonderful.Can't wait to come back again!

Nice local seafood place. Servings are massive, and service was very good. Shared entree would have fed my entire family and was beautifully cooked. Wine by the glass is limited but ok. Worst was the grilled snapper which was quite over cooked - which was a shame as the flavour was very good. Suggest investing in a meat thermometer (50 deg is cooked fish!). Would have given 5 star otherwise!

The food was delicious and the portions were really large, the service was excellent. I would definitely go back here. We found there was something on the menu for everyone, even those that didn't want seafood. I had the mussels and they were great.

Great location with sea view. Blue swim pasta is tasty, good to have the chilly oil to go with it. Steak is nice, particularly with the delicious sauce. Trio seafood has calamari, prawn and fish & chips, fresh.

Secrets by the Sea
I was looking forward to this place because of the reviews. The king fish was nice, however the mains tasted like frozen seafood reheated. The Moreton bay bugs were tasteless- the precooked prawns from Coles tasted better than that. The waitresses were nice and helpful. Maybe we got the wrong dishes ?

Lovely restaurant directly by the water at Henley Beach away from the hustle & bustle of Henley Square. The food was delicious & came out piping hot. The food presentation was lovely & the whole meal was enjoyable. There is plenty of menu options to choose from if you dont want seafood. Carparking is hard as there is only street parking, but we didn't find it too hard to find an empty space too far away from the restaurant.

Visited on Sunday 28th May for DinnerFood: Scotch Fillet, Secrets Trio, WhitebaitDrinks: Secrets Premium glass, Stone & Wood aleThe Whitebait dish was delicious, tasty and bigger than what we normally buy ourselves. For the price charged, it's a bargainThe Scotch Fillet was cooked to perfection, soft and tender and tasty, and the potatoes were cooked nicely with plenty of flavoursThe Secrets Trio consists of fish fillet, prawns on a skewer and S&P calamari with chips and salad. The calamari was soft, the fish did not have excessive batter, and the prawn was not overcooked. The chip was nice and crunchy. The portion overall was a lot for the price they chargedThe service was great as they dropped by to ensure from time to time, that everything is fine and to see if we needed anything else, very attentive and professionalThe type of service as expected a minimum at all restaurants, but unfortunately not everywhere provides as such

Had a lovely sunset dinner at Secrets by the Sea. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, the portions were very generous. Had the calamari, garlic prawns, grilled Flounder & scotch fillet. Everything was cooked nicely and the views were amazing. Unfortunately the staff did forget our drinks order and I would have preferred to have gotten our drinks prior to starting our mains but it’s not the end of the world & we still enjoyed our time & the food. Staff were all lovely and gracious and were very apologetic about the drinks situation. If the Coorong Mullet is back on the menu I would love to be back to try that! The flounder was lovely and buttery, the calamari and prawns all tasted fresh & I was very happy with the steak

*Edited to add some more photos from previous visits*Ahhhh the good old Secrets By The Sea. This is my go to for seafood! Do not hesitate to stop here. All of the staff and owner/manager are amazing people. The food is superb, wine list is big and oysters are always fresh. I have known the owner/manager to be a wonderful greeting gentleman. Him and his family will be very very successful and I hope his family keep the legacy of this wonderful restaurant.
