Great team and very good snorkeling. I felt very comfortable in the ocean and the view of the reef was amazing, best I've done in Australia do far.

To get more reviews of the same company look at explore group - Hamilton. We were picked up in Shute Harbour and then the boat stopped in Hamilton island to get the majority of the passengers. From Airlie beach, it’s about 3-3.5 hours each way to the reef. Lots of boating for short amount of snorkeling, but that’s the only way it’s possible if you want to see the reef from Airlie beach. Cairns is a lot closer to the reef. The boat was amazing and the food was small buffet style with veggie and meat options. Given morning sweets, lunch, and afternoon snack and all was quite good.. Crew were friendly. Reef was decent. Sailed past white haven beach.

Did a reef dive at Bait Reef with these guys and it was AMAZING! Their mooring out there is inside the reef which keeps it protected even in crummy weather. They also don’t take nearly as many people out to the site as the Cruise Whitsundays group (pontoon lodge out on Hardy Reef) so its much more relaxed and you don’t feel the constant upsell of other activities for the 90 minute ride out to the reef.Staff was amazing... Matt, Gary, Thomas... everyone... really enjoyed their friendliness, hospitality, and professionalism!If you’re looking for a phenomenal dive group, I can’t recommend them enough!This is apparently their Arlie Beach location... for the rest of their awesome reviews look for the Explorer Group on Hamilton Island!

While on our honeymoon we booked several tours with this company and it was outstanding. One of the days we went scuba diving and we got to see turtles, small sharks, beautiful corals and all kinds of fish. A highlight of our trip!The staff was really incredible. The most friendly people I’ve ever seen for a tourist attraction like this one. Specifically two girls Georgia and Zoe and a guy called Archie. They were the most kind people. They picked us up from the hotel one of the days to bring us to the port and brought us home at our return. We also forgot our sunglasses in their car and Zoe brought it back to us the next day.For anyone looking for fun and beautiful excursions to do, I would highly recommend this company they have the best people onboard. It won’t disappoint!We can’t wait to go back and meet Zoe, Georgia and Archie. Maybe even next year, why not!

Amazing group, especially because the crew is 100% dedicated to the tours... I started off quite disappointed because we couldn’t head off to the Great Barrier Reef due to weather conditions but they took us snorkelling to some amazing spots where the coral was just sooo colorful and diverse (I hear was better than Great Barrier!). The crew was so friendly and helpful and were just so passionate, I was really happy to stay on! 100% recommend and when I come back one day to go and see the Great Barrier, I will go with them!!! Well done team!!!

We did dive and snorkeling tour and that was fantastic! Guys are really professional and that was one of the best days from our holiday! Good job!
