Very good and quick-service. We were travelling from Victoria with a broken awning. We called them on the way into town and lucky they had one in stock. They were able to fit it straight away so we could get back on with our holiday. Thank you for good old fashioned service.

Cannot thank these guys enough. We thought our trip from Qld was so bumpy due to rough roads. Turns out our entire caravan suspension was shot. Despite a heavy workload, Caramart ordered parts and got us on our way as soon as they possibly good. Sincere thanks.

These guys were awesome. On a recent trip through NSW and aware of significant weather, I phoned ahead in the hope of sourcing an Anti Flap Kit which they had in stock. On arrival one of the technicians took the time to view my current awning, and explained the setup procedure. I was also able to source some plumbing supplies.Terrific customer service.

Caramart is a family-owned caravan sales and servicing centre. Doug and Lani supply and fit battery chargers solar, awnings skylights and more. They can sell your van or RV on consignment and they are just all around lovely people. I highly recommend you visit them if you're in the market for a caravan or RV or you need RV servicing, repairs, accessories or parts.

Called in there recently, Port macquarie was experiencing some extremely wet weather conditions, we were seeking advice on sealing a couple of leaking windows, advice was great, even showed us what to look for , had the sealing product in stock,grabbed a few other bits , prici ng was great, ,thnx guys

OUTSTANDING guidance, service and commitment by both Doug and Lani! I am so grateful as a beginner in the caravan world to have purchased a BIG 24-foot caravan from Lani and Doug.From the beginning, conversations from a novice with both Doug & Lani were easy and very informative. Both took the time for my many silly questions! I bought the caravan without even having seen it as I felt very comfortable doing so because of the trust I had in Lani & Doug.Additions were added to my 2010 caravan to be my home and office as I travel across Australia for the next year. Doug and his team installed a gas heater to allow staying warm when not plugged in and also a rear-view camera which I believe is a MUST have on such a long caravan.Doug even joined me the first time I drove the caravan and guided me during the first setup to in a caravan park also in Port Macquarie. I really appreciated the kindness and care as I was on my own and my first time pulling at 24-foot caravan and setting up for the first time. AGAIN, service well beyond expectations.I then got more additions on the caravan for storage which Doug & his team did before heading up the coast. Doug dropped by the campsite and guided me on how to pack up and get ready for my first long road trip. Again, well above expectations.As a thank you, I invited both Lani & Doug for drinks after work one day which they accepted and enjoyed a lovely evening just chatting and having good laughs!Both Lani & Doug are very caring and giving and I am very glad to say we will be friends and they will have my back if I have any issues with my mobile home and office.Again, a BIG THANK you Lani & Doug as now I can almost say I am an experienced caravan owner after having learnt so much from both of them.Thank you Lani & Doug for an amazing experience and can’t wait to ride on a Harley with you guys.Legends!Max.

Our caravan has been maintained by Caramart for 5 years now - just recently a troublesome caravan brake problem was accurately diagnosed and swiftly rectified. The team are efficient and great to work with. Thanks to all the crew at Caramart once again.

Exceptional value and service from Doug and Lani! Nothing is too much trouble for them and their team. They are genuinely interested in solving your problem and getting you back on the road. I cannot recommend them too highly! Well worth the drive to Wauchope if you are in Port as I am!
