However, when you find an authentic healer such as Denise, the journey is so much smoother!My regular sessions with Denise were very much focused on restoring and maintaining physical, mental and spiritual balance during a particularly stressful period in my life. I found that her calm, non-judgmental personality allowed me to speak freely and openly with confidence. Denise was able to facilitate deep experiences of relaxation and stillness within me that helped me work through stress and its myriad of causes at both a conscious and subconscious level.I genuinely feel that Denise’s cranio-sacral therapy sessions induced deep relaxation, a greater sense of being “present,” richer sleep, reduced pain in the body and an overall sense of balance in my life. I highly recommend Denise’s craniosacral offerings. I started to see Denise to seek some releases with my jaw issues - my jaw has troubled me nearly 30 years. After a few session, I am closing my mouth evenly and easily in disbelief! And there is no tension in the face anymore. It feels unreal. If anyone has any jaw issue, I really really recommend to give it a go for a few sessions.I didn’t expect much as nothing had fixed the issue before. I just wanted a little bit of release. Since I was about 10, my jaw has been clicking and under a lot of tension. Even when I managed to relax the jaw, upper teeth and bottom teeth never aligned (also I had numerous dental works done over the course of years and they made things just worse). Lots of grinding during the night time and it felt like it caused lots of stress on the face/head as well as neck and shoulders. The heights of my ears were different due to that and my glasses never sat straight.Now, I can chew evenly, my head is feeling spacious, no tension in the eyes. My glasses sat straight too!
