I live in Brisbane and lost my Car to the floods. I bought this Car from Reef City Motors, sight unseen. Because of my Insurance payout being less than expected, they gave me a GREAT DEAL.Included was free shipping to Brisbane.An absolute pleasure to deal with. No BS just good ole fashioned service. I was stressed & tired from my flood experience & everything was done to help mme & my personal situation

I generally feel for folks that have to use @reefcitymotors for car services. If, like me you have a choice please don’t choose them. Had taken my Haval for two previous services and was charged the capped price service charge set by GWM…take third service, charges me $360 for a $350 capped price service because of ‘fluctuating prices’ they say, second time they told me they could not complete recalls due to their internet service not working then inform me that next service will be $700+. After arguing the point that it’s CAPPED PRICE SERVICING they tell me the price fluctuates and I should go back to the dealership I bought it from because it was probably a service centre gimmick. I argued this point stating that it is not a dealer set price and is a Haval GWM set price and they have to honour that. Again the service department says to contact GWM because it will be $700+ for next service and out of their hands.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Todd and the team at Reef City Motors. Abigail from start to finish was a delight to deal with and always in communication. Huge shout out to Cooper as well who met me in his own time with my new car at the airport over 3 hours after the dealership had closed. These guys seriously break the mould of what to expect from a car dealership.

Because of certain demands (from the post virus period), ridiculously bad services are being accepted by the population. It's just another COVID consequence. It's the only explanation to understand why gladstone's Reef City Motors didn't go bankrupt.I've lived in the North, South, East and West areas of this country and I've done many things. I've lived abroad in countries with simple economy and other more sophisticated ones. But I had never seen such a concentration of terrible services in one single place like Reef City Motors! I really regret having bought a brand-new car from them. They are extremely horrible, terrible in customer service, extremely inexperienced, irresponsible and they lie to you. They really don’t care about the customer! They easily cross the boundaries to save every single dollar. I didn't sue them because my partner didn't want to. But I'm still considering the hypothesis. Do yourself a favour, don't buy nothing from them. There are many negative reports out there, even people who had brand-new engine seriously damaged due their mistakes. I wish I had read those reports before to buy a car from them. I also had car damaged before I even picked it up from the store. Yes, problems do happen. But the resolution of this problems that was the worst. We contacted them more than 40 times and each time it was a deep dissatisfaction and challenge. And yet a stupid employee asks my partner to leave a positive review. What a place!!!! Do yourself a favour, stay away from them!

Damaged my brand new car when fixing something else. The mechanic lent so hard on the air-conditioning knob that it wouldn't turn anymore, it had to be pushed back, now it's hard to turn.Scratched the plastics to bits.Damaged the hard plastics so much that it can only be replaced.The dealership told my son that they would replace 1 part and the other parts were fine (The more difficult parts to fix), nothing about taking a new car in for a simple fix, and coming back with damage is 'fine'.The amount of damage is worth thousands of dollars, as a brand new car that has this kind of damage is now valued far less. So saddening.

Absolutely awful service, from front to back. Dodgy salesmen that will lie to your face and not follow through on their promises. Between waiting days for them to respond to you after calling countless times, to having to wait even longer for them to refund your money after they're quick to take it. Make sure you read some other reviews before dealing with them.

Went in to have a look whilst on my day off! Ended up leaving with a near new Ford ranger wildtrak! Absolutely amazing custumer service, Laura had me sold before I even stepped foot in the car!! Couldn't have asked for a better person to show me around the car, and the town on a test drive. Todd did an awesome job sorting out the finance even though it was a little difficult but he made it a dream! Highly recommend.

I purchased a used vehicle there last May. A great car, just the one I was looking for!During purchase, I asked for a full tank of fuel. It would be plain courtesy for them to oblige, but never got it.Then there's the car detailing. That so-called detailing crew needs some education on how to clean a car with detail and pride.There were nooks and crannies totally missed or wasn't even bothered to be looked at around the door hinges and inside under the dash!Of course, I told the seller the following week face to face, but of course, nothing was done. Totally disappointed!Not recommended at all!

My husband Brett and i have recently had the pleasure of meeting the crew at Reef City Motors and what a delight they were. Just by chance my husband and i were driving past the sales yard on Blain Drive and happen to come upon a vehicle we truly admired. Soooo what do you do??? Take it for a test drive of course! Our first meet was with Todd. Great guy. Happy, relaxed and a wealth of knowledge in finance. Todd made our whole experience in the finance department a walk in the park. It took minimal time and effort on our behalf to complete everything required as Todd did basically everything for us but sign our name. Once that was done off we went and were introduced to Rosario... This young man was awesome. Certainly doesn't ramble on with sales pitch or beat around the bush. Straight up answers and honesty is definitely his key attributes. Rosario helped with any information we needed in regard to our vehicle that we purchased. The car was made ready on time, registered and detailed. He even personally fitted our personalised plates.We can't rate this team more highly. It was a great pleasure to deal with Reef City Motors!!!

Upon purchasing a car from RCM there were gas struts missing from the canopy. Todd said it would be fixed upon car pickup. But upon picking up the car I was told it was too expensive to fix and I would have to take the car as is. It was a big fight with them to accept responsibility. They also said they would arrange quotes for a lift kit. But was told that was too hard to do as well and had to sort that out myself. All they want is your money and wanted to charge nearly $1000 just to setup finance. A bank is about $200.
