Pitter Patter Paws Melbourne

My puppy loves coming to Pitter Patter Paws and the best part is he is super tired at the end of the day. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and take great care of the dogs, monitoring and catering to their different needs. Despite our puppy being a 'large' dog, he is often put with the smaller dogs as he has lower energy levels. From the updates at the end of the day, I know they look after him and ensure he has plenty of fun but still gets some rest for all the growing he's doing. Thank you PPP!

My dog loves coming here for day care. The team do such a great job looking after her and the groomers are excellent too.

Have been a customer for quite some time now and they’ve always been great with grooming until today when I went to pick my dog up.Upon noticing that his chest looked so choppy, I notified them asking about it and all they said was that it will be like this because “fur grows in different directions”.I don’t know about you, but if I’m paying for a grooming service, I’d expect the job to be done properly and well especially if it hasn’t been like this before I’ve been a customer for quite some time. Telling me that it’s choppy like this because the fur grows in different directions is like a hairstylist telling you your haircut is choppy because it grows in different directions. Shouldn’t you know how to overcome that “difficulty”? I go to you because you ARE the groomers, you’d expect the service to be done by someone who knows what they’re doing, who’s trained to do a good job despite some dogs who might look / grow different from another breed.They then started telling me that it’s because I went for a shorter blade (???). I’ve gone shorter AND longer with the same place and it has never looked like this, even told them to look back at the history to check if they think I’m lying. But we were just going in circles at this point.Sad to say, I will not be back with such a disappointing service.I have spoken highly of this place since I’ve been a customer and even recommended it to multiple friends, will definitely be telling them get their grooming done elsewhere now.1 thing to make a mistake which i would totally understand could happen, and another to essentially say it’s the dogs fault for having fur that grows in different directions hence the choppy haircut. The way they responded was just not it.

The worst haircut ever, I have mentioned not touching his tail at all as a trim, but just shorten it and make it not touch the floor that all, they have destroyed his tail very bad, plus his eyes so dirty, as well as one ear longer than his other ear.What a disaster, never ever going back again, so sorry to say but I am so upset for my dog looks

First time taking my puppy to Pitter Patter Paws and I have to say I’m impressed with the quality of service! The staff were absolutely amazing and you could really tell they genuinely love their job and care for the dogs they groom! I will definitely coming back !!

We were so happy with how clean and fluffy our Maddie was after a wash and groom. She was exhausted after a fun day of playing at day care too. We can’t wait to bring her back in!
