It seemed I was I visible to the staff. 2 did come towards me whilst I stood at the end of an aisle but just turned around. Nearly all the staff seemed to be hanging around the till. Off to Smith's hardware instead then.

If you're in a hurry don't come to this store. People on check outs take sooo long. Is it a pre requisite when you get a job here to be super slow!!

Poor customer service experience went in to order a wheel barrow I was told I would get a call back.The Woman who took my order on the day didn't follow up.Then when I turned up she couldn't care about serving me or geiing off the computer basically lazy and couldn't care attitude that screens i dint want ti ge here its a small community and bad attitudes and service will reflect on your business!!To add insult to injury the wheel barrow has a lot of scratches and isn't new and what I was thought I was purchasing not a happy customer satisfaction experience they seem happy but attitude is everything in business!!

Found what i neededFittings for the irrigation systemThey had a fitting missingThe person at the desk was helpful even though he had to mind the desk...Found the missing piece in the gardening area... so it is worth askingAlso they open on Sunday between 9 and 1pm... which is handy for a country storeIn addition you get the rewards card !!
