Brow Threads & Lashes (Parabanks)

I did my lash extension here at Parabank Shopping centre in Salisbury, in few hours my lash start falling, I went there to fix it, she was very rude and said I have spoken with manager , we can't fix it or if you pay more then we will fix for you. Don't waste your money just go somewhere else.Not recommended at all.

Had my usual lash appt and I was feeling abit uncomfortable and the lady waited until I was ready to proceed and she was so lovely and gentle.. my lashes last 3 weeks b4 they become gappy; absolutely love my lashes and you have a regular customer ladies!! ❤️❤️❤️

I had my lashes done here, and after trying to find a place within the area I was happy to see that brows threads and lashes was in Parabanks. I’ve trialled and errored a few salons and none have given me the full look I want. The lady who did my lashes was very professional, she explained what she would be doing, the sizes and asked how I wanted them- something that doesn’t get asked much by others. I received a nice full set of volumes for a good price. Will continue to come back

The staff were lovely and accommodating, given I had lashes on which needed to be removed for them to do theirs, and I had not booked a removal, so this was appreciated.The final results, however, were not what I was expecting. They were far more subtle, and I would say closer to a classic" set instead of volume

Owner is emotional, sensitive and dramatic.Look at their response! They’re really bored with their lives so they like to stalk people who give HONEST reviews and then cry if they get a bad one. Take your business elsewhere, the owner is clearly mentally sick and challenged. Seek psychological help! Expect many more bad reviews because you’re very sick in the head. Keep responding because you don’t have anything else to do but argue with unsatisfied customers. The business won’t last very long. This is AUSTRALIA and believe it or not people are allowed to give honest reviews and speak up when they’re unhappy! Don’t like it? Leave.A scammer always is offended! Welcome to the real world! You cannot clearly cannot take criticism well, wait till you meet the wrong person. I pity you a lot. PS: don’t call yourself a beautician when you ARENT ONE, a real beautician was able to tint my brows and didn’t NEGLECT ME like you did. Shameful business and employees. Had great experience with my eyebrows today. Got them done by a really sweet woman at this store and it was absolutely worth it.Hardworking people giving the best services at this place.
