Driving to work I realised there was a screw stuck in my tyre so I headed to Tubbys. They took the car straight in and had the tyre off and inspected, checked the pressure and balanced and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Luckily it wasn't punctured and they wouldn't charge me. I was only too happy to pay for great service but they refused to charge me. I highly recommend this business for fantastic customer service.

Professional, friendly, brilliant customer service, really efficient and reasonably priced. Sarah was so lovely to deal with both on the phone and in person. So was the mechanic who replaced my tyres (sorry, I didn't get his name). Your website is excellent. Your quoting service is excellent. Booking an appointment was easy. Your company should train other businesses in best practice. Thank you so much.

Dropped in to have a tyre repair and can say some of the best service I've received in a long time. Fixed in less than 5 minutes and went to pay and was advised not required due to the ease of repair. Will be bringing my vehicles there next time for all my tyre needs.

Just got 5 new toyo tyres for my 4wd, the knowledge they provided on different tyres and their pro’s and con’s was fantastic. I was very happy with their price, workmanship, communication and it was all done in a timely manner even tho they didn’t have the tyres on hand.
