Richie managed to solve a problem that was over looked by two other electricians. He was methodical in determining the cause and provided a solution within 2 hours. Importantly my wife felt very comfortable dealing with Richie who was on time, courteous and easy to deal with. Great to see such authentic customer service.We have found our new electrician.
