The customer service is amazing.They give great advise and styling tips.Helped me re-style my spare bedroom for a bargain and I absolutely love it.Adairs have a great range of homewears and Manchester.The prices are very reasonable and great quality items.Highly suggest becoming a linen lover member, the savings are fantastic.

Pretty good selection of especially sheets and towels (provided you like the somewhat too pastel colour scheme of most products). Friendly staff.

I was there today and..... the service was appalling I was told the item I wanted was not longer in stock however, I search the internet and I found it at another store I went back to the stores to place the order, that was my third visit to the store in less than 90 minutes!. None of the sales assistants were friendly :(

I love the customer service I always receive at Adairs Richmond and I would not go anywhere else! The staff are always helpful and patient. I went to buy a doona cover and Caroline was amazing in selecting a colour that would suit my bedhead colour as well as selecting cushions that matched which I would not have thought of. She had a great eye for styling. Thanks for making my shopping experience so enjoyable. :) Sue

Fabulous experience I received from staff at this store last week when I was looking for a kids dinosaur towel. Towel not in stock they offered to call their warehouse they had one delivery to the store was within 2days . Grandson's birthday on the 8th December. I was so thrilled with all this wonderful experience. Thank you and Merry Christmas.to you Adairs.

First time visiting the Richmond store and it was amazingly big! Everything is really well laid out and I got greeted immediately by their staff. The staff were very helpful and was fast and efficient. Love their stuff there!
