I used Croydon Service Centre for my Ford Mondeo service. after one month of service the oil change indicator is on and I took it back with the service centre. Paul said they reset indicator and he is happy to let it go. 2 days later the car has engine malfunction indicator on and I called the centre. Cameron said the car has some issue with diesel particulate filter(DPF) issue that they can not fix. I can not believe they did not tell me last time and let me go without any information. I can not trust them so I took the car into ford and they easily fix the issue and said because they did not put enough brake oil and that is the reason oil change indicator is on. I call back to Paul and he said this is an old car etc and with quite a bit of excuse. If you are find a good review service company like me just pass Croydon service centre, they are not trustworthy.After read the response, we are not surprised for the owner's attitude and confirmed they are not trustworthy.First, they argue our comment is not fair and reasonable. so totally deny, then they will take our 19 old car as a excuse to say it is old and it should have problem. then they focus on we have issues after 3 months of service just to prove their opinion.However, it is not what you say that make you trustworthy but what you do. The fact is after service with Ford Dealer, they fixed the brake oil and DPF issue and my lovely Mondeo drive smoothly. You could let me know you can not fix DPF issue upfront then I will go to Ford straight away. instead, you take the money and give all excuses to why the car should not work.After all, the whole comment is just for people like me who search the internet and trust 5 star car service business that can help them. We can forgive a mechanic who made a mistake, but we can not fix the Old car must die" attitude. Especially this attitude affects our beloved car.
