When our items were shipped they were held in AU customs as Zenith could not supply documentation to show what materials had been used in the products they are distributing. We were then charged for this quarantine delay along with the import duties. Now 2 months later we are still awaiting our credit for these incorrect charges. BUYER BEWARE

I was recommended to get slim line venetians by this company for my kitchen. In less than 2 years they were rusty. The recommendation was not fit for purpose and to make matters worse no compensation was offered - at all!
