Maitland Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries - Strudwick Alison

I had massage there. I was a bit late at the time. And had to lay there while she done other jobs inbetween my treatment.I paid 100 dollars. And didnt really like waiting for 5 mins while she was talking about her business to the reception lady instead. I think it would have been better to do this outside of her treatment times. I was almost ready to walk out. I am disappointed. And will be finding recommendations next time. Definitely not going back here. It wasn't just once in the hour she left me... she done it a few times.

Wonderful physiotherapy centre. Multiple physios available and you can usually get an appt pretty fast if need be. They are always on time and the staff are all lovely and caring.

My partner went to this practice for a series of treatments - After the 1st session they kept ringing to change the next appointment. He accepted to be accomodating but they would call again to reschedule. When he kindly asked for an explanation of why keep moving his appointments the secretary got snappy.How hard is it to hold an appointment? If a time is picked this is due to work commitments - why pressure a patient to keep rescheduling it? How about not accepting the time slot in the 1st place? Is it necessary take the appointment and reschedule it each time?I am appalled on how the case was handled - he is a patient after all and needs treatment. We had to give up on this practice - rude, unacceptable and treating their patients poorly

Post Rotator Cuff repair I'm finding Alison very helpful with my rehab. She is patient & kind, & knows what my Surgeon expects. The admin staff is great also. The business is clean & professional.

They did quite a poor job on my son's plaster cast, and when I rang to say it was falling apart I was told :it should have lasted. Yes. It should have. It cost a lot of money

Best physio I've been to.Affordable and very knowledgeable. The best aspect of going here is that they actually care about you and your recovery compared to other physios I've been to which only care about the money. The time slots are very big for the amount you pay. My physio has even sent me personalised exercise programs in her own time which my previous physios would never even consider doing.Really great all round.

Alison Strudwick came highly recommended by my gp, and I'm definitely very pleased. Have seen many physical therapy professionals over the years, but none come close to being as effective as Alison. Definitely make this place your first choice.

The staff definitely know what they are doing. Reception friendly and informative. My physio has challenges due to my circumstances, but never fails to find an alternative approach.
