DJI Macquarie Centre | Authorised Retail Store

Went in and bought a dji mini 3 pro got a decent deal for 1200. Took home and went to use and had some problems. One of the arms was loose and then to top it off the remote wouldn’t charge. Anyway took back to the store and they took about 30min to verify this all and swapped it out but stuffed up with the whole refund process. Long story short I had to drive back there from castle hill to sort it out which is a good 30min drive and tolls to fix an issue they caused. I asked the sales guy if I could get a good price on a spare battery to which he offered 10% off. Like really, 10% off when I’ve wasted over an hour and spent money on tolls to fix an issue by them. Kinda goes to show the mentality of basically anything in store is 10% off so I would never pay full retail price. Anyway I work in retail as a manager and I tell you what if I had a customer going to that length to correct an issue I had created I’d go to arms length to make sure he’s looked after not just a measly 10% off.It was a great first experience but not super stocked with how it was handled after. Fingers crossed the new drone holds out however dji care definitely worth investing in.

I had a great experience at this DJI Macquarie Centre Store in January 2023. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; especially Minas, a good young man. Very happy with the purchase.

After a bit of research and discussion with various retailers and had a bit of sense of doubt everytime (though the price was right) I decided to go to a DJI Retailer.Customer Service here is top notch.Minas served me and was able to provide me amazing customer service through his knowledge and expertise in regards to drones and available packages. His technical knowledge is very good in regards to the quality of each drone and provided good recommendations for my needs. He provided patience and gave professional advice (even a demonstration in their netted cage) in the use of the drones, the care of the drones and also provide relevant information in regards to warranty and the DJI Refresh Care.He was confident in his knowledge and spoke extremely well and most importantly patient and friendly.I highly recommend this store and will continue to shop there when needed.Thank you once again.

Excellent service I received today from the boys in store. Had a problem with my mavic mini and the boys had ot sorted in no time. Very happy with experience at those store. Recommend to anyone.

Excellent pre and post sales customer service. I had an item incorrectly added to my order when purchased online but this was quickly resolved within 24hrs by Theresa and the in store staff. Passionate staff knowledgeable about all things DJI.
