Sarah, a member of the Sales dept. did a great job. I had a reasonable idea of what I was after and after a discussion with Sarah, ended up with a great result. Well done. Very happy with the outcome.

Had an amazing experience at this store with Siaan, she was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect appliances for my new house at the best prices.The customer service here was amazing.

If you have any issues on your google mobile it's better to reach google directly than coming here where you bought it. Will keep my story short after my google mobile got accidentally damaged. I went to this store where I originally bought the mobile and handed it over to understand if this comes under warranty. after 2 weeks I didn't hear back so went to the store there it took 30mins to hear back and I got the information I needed to pay a certain amount to get it repaired. I took my mobile back and came home and had a chat with google they gave certain procedures to sent mobile and got the new one in 3 days.My rating here is why it took 2 weeks with no information and more over if they know it's accidentally damaged and does not come under warranty why was not I called or SMS to inform this until I went to the store.

I'm in 2 minds about the ratings here I'd prefer to give the upper management the fewer stars and the team on the floor more. We went 23rd December and were not able to find a single employee on the floor who wasn't flat out. I really felt bad for them. They were super busy and short staffed especially being the time of year it was it's a shame they did not have the staff to accommodate. When we were able to speak to a team member she was very helpful and sweet and helped us within minutes allowing us to find what we needed make our purchase and get out and home to wrap up the presents at a decent hour.

Served by Sarah! She was amazing and helped us with everything and is just super nice.

Sarah from this joint is an absolute superstar star. Her manner of approaching to help out and giving all the information for me to find the right product I was looking for was very efficient and friendly. Best customer service someone could ask for from a big brand. She made my day by giving me a better deal to purchase the portable JBL speaker that I always wanted. I felt like that was my lucky day that I happened to meet the right person at the right time. Thank you again Sarah.

As with many JBHIFI stores, the staff here clump together chatting and laughing while ignoring potential customers who are obviously waiting for assistance. Given that there are never enough staff anyway, this adds insult to injury. It's often far easier to order the same product cheaper, delivered next day by Amazon Prime than expose yourself to the frustration of an in-house shopping experience at JB. Once you do get a hold of a staff member, I suspect that for any customer 30yrs or older the staff will treat you the same - dismissive and condescending. They just can't be bothered!

A great friendly place to shop. Liz was extremely helpful in selling me a tv. Then I went back this morning and a lovely man Angus helped me organise delivery. These 2 made it a pleasure to shop here.

Spent over 1/2 hour looking at wireless ear phones and not one person asked if I wanted some assistance. Too busy looking into their phones or talking amongst themselves. Think I'll shop online instead.
