Great service from these guys, they were able to fit my vehicle in for warranty repairs so we could continue our holiday with very short notice. All work completed to a great standard and when they told me it would be done. Highly recommended.

Don’t recommend these guys. They too expensive. Go to them for a service two weeks u still have problems with the car. Aren't they supposed to fix the problem and not create a problem to your vehicle.

The owner/manager of this service centre was a bit of a rude man to me. Anyway he didn't get my business, so his loss.

We are travelling with our caravan, it is being towed with a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, during our travels just out of Emerald a warning light appeared on the dash, it went out when the car was restarted. However the manual said it should be checked by an authorised dealer. I called into O'Briens when we arrived in Longreach. They we extremely helpful, and just went out to the Pajero and fitted the fault finder to the car and did a detail check. There were some issues that were fixed by the technician and we were all safe to go. Prompt and efficient country service, could not get better service anywhere. Great promotion for Mitsubishi and Longreach. O'Briens Service is a company that you can have total confidence in working on your motor vehicle

When you arrive in town with a broken Cadillac you worry if someone will help. Toby and the team at O’Briens Garage were fantastic. Friendly, capable, punctual. Fitted us into their very busy afternoon and their rates were great. Thanks guys excellent service!

Our Pajero needed some attention while we were on a road trip. The problem was quickly identified, fixed and we were on the road again, all within an hour or so. Very happy with the speedy service and the fact they could fix the problem; something Mitsubishi dealer in Brisbane couldn't do.

These guys were very helpful. My wheels needed balancing after some heavy 4wding and was only in Longreach for the night. They fitted me in and fixed the issue, no more vibration. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely useless spare parts sales people. Stuck in Muttaburra, tried to get a glow plug relay but they really couldn't be bothered to help but willing to sell me a new car and said they had a few cars in stock and laughed and then hung up.

Had an air con problem in Charleville, and didn't have time for it to be dealt with there, but was on my way to Longreach the next day. These guys were recommended to me by a fellow traveller, so I rang them. They were full up on the day I arrived (A Friday), and explained to me they didn't work weekends. Well fair enough, we all need time from work. So I extended my stay in Longreach and booked the car for Monday.I didn't regret this decision. The guys were professional, did exactly what I asked for, and charged me a very reasonable price. Very happy, and will recommend

Absolutely amazing. Very helpful and well knowledgeable. We had a breakdown on boxing day and he helped us so we could continue our trip to NT. Highly recommend.
