I’ve never been in the store before today- Sunday 27/11/22The girl approached me straight away. She was so helpful and friendly.I’m not much of a shopper and the service I received today was outstanding.I purchased a brush for my granddaughter’s curling hair, a pink hair dryer for my granddaughter and a hair dryer for my daughter in-law

Got my child's ears pierced here. Friendly service, staff were professional and emotionally supportive of my child who was anxious (and excited) the piercing was fast, and in the 2 weeks since, there has been no infection or pain for my child. Fantastic place and would recommend getting piercings done there.

Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone today I rang today to inquire about my ghd that broke before the 3 year warranty and wanted to know the process of what had to be done for a replacement manger pretty much shrugged me off and told me he had to go cause he had a customer like I’m not a customer either won’t be purchasing anything from here again.

Would give zero stars if possible, the girl who served me had the worst attitude and proceeded to tell me if I’m looking for something to go find it bc she doesn’t know. Horrible experience here now thanks to Kristal was lovely service before the new team members
