The click and collect system needs work. I order things then find out they are out of stock and waiting for the elusive refund. The staff are great but the system is out of their hands.

Refused service because I had my 16 year old with me, I was accused of buying the alcohol to supply to her which was not my intent. At no point did she touch the alcohol nor was I going to let her drink it. If I was intending to supply minors with alcohol I would not be stupid enough to take them into the bottle shop with me. I then went to BWS and asked them if they had the same policy about having my underage children with me while I purchased alcohol for myself, they said of course no and that that seemed a bit extreme. Coles liquorland Umina are a great advertisement for BWS.

Reasonable range of products, friendly staff.

Great staff always friendly always ready to help. Not a large store so if you want a special delivery talk to the manager.

Great location as you can grab your drinks and walk next door to grab your munchies. Parking is a small walk but not a problem unless your carrying cartons.

Update your google store hours !! Store says it closes 1 hr before google does

Me a 29 year old male and my partner were just buying 0% alcohol beer at this store when we approached the counter to the smirking young lady who looked about 20 years old.I had our baby strapped to my chest, so it’s very clear we are together and both of us are clearly well above 17 years old.She then asks for our ID to which I asked if she knew that this was alcohol free beer?She said yes and it’s illegal to sell it to anyone under 18 so I must ask for it (even though when I buy this product directly after this interaction we were not questioned for ID we were simply scanned through)The government actually states this -‘It's not illegal for under-18s to buy or drink no-alcohol beer, but some supermarkets and liquor stores may have their own policies when it comes to selling it to under-18s.’So the decision to assume that I am in a relationship and have a child with someone under the age of 18 is MASSIVELY offensive.To make things even worse, the product we bought was labeled as $15 and with a massive s**t eating grin she check our id’s and charged us $16I won’t ever be stopping at this store again it’s time to order independently from heaps normal and stop supporting the growth of our toxic liquor industry that is actively harming everyone we know who consumes it.Don’t shop here if you don’t want to be greeted by grinches and pestered for nothingIf the manager could reply and we could work out a way to get my $1 back and possibly get an apology let me know, thanks!

I would like to thank the lovely young lady who served me. I am deaf and it really took me by surprise when the lady at the counter started to sign to me, i was not only served with a wonderful attitude but she gave me a great wine recommendation and had such a positive attitude. Liquorland you have found yourself a gem.

Small shop but good range of stock, generally we stocked too.
