Good ice cream. Not a big range. It’s in the cinema inside the shopping centre.

Don’t waste your money on an ice cream cake from here. You pay $80 up and it’s roughly made. Stingy chocolate letters that are just thrown on the cake board.. we asked about the letters as they were all jumbled up the response from the girl behind the counter was “ oh they just go back” it’s an extra $10 for the chocolate lettering too! It’s given to you in a regular cake box with no insulation. Over all unhappy with the service

I came down to use my dine voucher that expires today. Online said it was supposed to open at 10:30 and half an hour later, still not open.

I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Mr Jashanpreet Singhat Ben & Jerrys at Penrith Westfield for his excellent customer service. I want to rate him 10/10.We shall definitely be returning here

I ordered a unicorn ice cream cake for my daughters 4th. When I collected it, I could find its smudged through the sides. When I asked them to open this in front of me, they took it inside and came back with a statement that this was smashed and beyond repairable.Usually, they show us the cake before they close the lid; but these guys tried to sell this even though they knew this was. That was why they took it inside as they didn’t want to open this Infront of me.I know these things are out of control especially if it is an ice cream cake.But selling it to a customer while knowing it is destroyed is something which forced me for this bad review as they were not honest.

Always experience good service here.I mainly only order one thing, a choc-fudge brownie milkshake. Staff are very consistent, never had a bad milkshake here.Oh but the straws, I hate the new paper straws, they get soggy and wrecked soon after drinking.

Slow service, and more expensive than the icecreamery outside Hoyts.

Scummy business model. Ordered what was advertised as a 2 freshly baked items + a pint of Ben and Jerry’s. As you can see it was one cookie that was broken up and stuffed inside the pint - so loosing the volume of ice cream, and only receiving a single cookie instead of 2. Companies should get fined for being this deceptive!

Love the lactose free cream due to my allergies but need more flavors
