A while ago I stopped coming to this chemist and instead using the other one down the road as the service I received wasn't that great. Yesterday, I decided to drop by again and God I am so glad I did.The service was completely different from what I remembered, very nice and friendly. While waiting for my scripts I was checked on by 3 different staff to make sure I didn't need any help. The lady pharmacist took time to explain to me my new medication and it turned out the doctor made an error and I was not even supposed to be on it due to my allergy!! I am so glad I made a stop at this chemist today and will be coming back here again.If you're after good service, these guys can definitely deliver!!P/s: thank you for helping me setting up the APP. It is now so much easier for me to see my scripts!

This chemist was recommended to me by my neighbour, I tried them for the first time today and I was impressed!The shop is very well stocked and staff were very warm, attentive and knowledgeable.I came in when it was very busy but customers got served very promptly and in a friendly manners. Staff and pharmacist make sure they spend enough time with each customer and not just in and out like other chemists. The lovely lady even spent time to help me set up the click and collect app on my phone. Decided to leave all my family scripts there after my visit.It's amazing to see such level of professionalism and dedication from a group of such young people! I will definitely recommend this pharmacy!

Very friendly staff. Very helpful & knowledgeable when seeking scripted & non scripted items. I have my scripts on file at the pharmacy which allows me access to the MedAdvisor app which tracks my medication & sends alerts when my medication is running low then I just order through the app & am sent an alert when my medication is ready to be picked up. Very easy to use.

The staff at YCS Fletcher are very helpful and knowledgeable. Kirsty, Jenna and Emma (and the others) know who you are and they address you by name. They always go out of their way to get your items into the store as quickly as possible. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I was having trouble with our doctors receptionist sending our script over. The pharmacist at Fletcher pharmacy went above and beyond chasing it for me, and with two little ones (one unwell) at home this was very much appreciated.

Best service I have received today. I came in during rush hour and they were clearly busy but the staff still greeted me with a big smile and made me feel very welcome. The pharmacist was very knowlegable and helpful. Highly recommend this chemist to anyone!!

Not the first time I have had to pay more as they are out of stock" of a particular PBS brand. No prior notice that item will be more e xpensive. I might have supported them before they got their licence
