I have recently had the Springers team install a fantastic new solar system - LG panels, Tesla battery and Solaredge inverters.The Springers team were brilliant. Great installation team with fantastic passion for what they are doing. They really enjoy what they do and do it well.Its been in a week now and even with rain, cloud and thunderstorms over the past 5 days we still haven't taken any feed from the grid. Great system design, installation and seamless operation.Well done Springers and thank you.

Extremely impressive!!! The whole experience with Springers Solar has been impressive from my initial contact, meeting to discus our solar needs, the quoting and the installation. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the whole Springers Team. It has been a fantastic experience and I feel that I have learnt a lot from the team about solar, batteries, and how to best use our new system which is about 19kw and 3 Tesla Batteries. We are so happy. I can't thank Springers enough.

We had an 8.14 KW SolarEdge system installed on our mainly south-facing roof of our townhouse just over a month ago. I was very impressed with Springers Solar's expertise and professionalism during the sales process. Eddie Springer went through all the various options with me and promptly answered any follow-up questions that I had. There was no heavy sales pressure. I was also very impressed with the expertise and friendliness of the team that installed the system. Shane, the lead roofer, with his many years of experience inspired confidence in the work done on the roof. Nathan and Brad did a great job on the installation of the electrics. It was quite a challenging task to connect the inverter to the internal switchboard because of its position. Nathan bent over backwards to look at all possible options and to make sure I was happy with their plans. Once it was all connected, he printed out new labels for the new switches in our internal switchboard, even incorporating my old notes. He was also very helpful setting me up with the SolarEdge app. I just love the stats I've been getting since the installation. I feel I made a very good decision going with such an experienced and professional company and I would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Springers Solar came out to service my system and were great. Sorted my issue, took the time to explain what was going on and were very easy to deal with. They were reasonably priced and their follow up was prompt, keeping me informed of the progress. Highly recommend. Great family business with an emphasis on customer service. Thankfully had a great experience with Springers.We decided to upgrade our solar and get rid of our old system. Aidan from Springers was one of the only people to actually come look at our property and discuss our needs in person. The quote was written up and sent to us quickly.Initially we were given a lead time of 13 weeks; the long lead time wasn't discussed until the quote was accepted, which annoyed me a bit - My irritation was unfounded because they managed to get the components and book me in within 3 weeks.Installation took only a day. They were punctual on the day.Unfortunately, we ended up with a faulty inverter. Which happens. I was able to contact them really easily and quickly, it was checked that day and replaced the following day.They're a bit more expensive than the other quotes we received, but I chose to go with them in the end because they quoted for what I wanted, with their expertise thrown in, quoted really good quality components and had the best communication of all the companies I contacted (which was a LOT).It feels like the genuinely care about the customer, our needs and outcomes. It never felt forced, or like a sales pitch in the slightest.Happy with the system installed. Will come back and add/alter review in the future if anything plays up and how it's dealt with.Overall, they're worth the extra bit more $$.
