One of my heavy-duty 18v half inch socket drill needed repairs, ABC was so helpful and speedy with repairs. He done it straight away whilst I waited, had all the parts there and cleaned reassembled tested. When completed it worked like a charm. To say Ben provided a 10 out of 10 service would be a gross understatement.I recently took my Milwaukee grinder back to the retailer i purchased it from with a warranty claim. They promised me the world and promised a speedy service to get me back on the tools. 6 weeks later with frustration boiling out my ears the staff explained to me there was a backlog and they had not even had a chance to look at the grinder. After giving them a spray so fierce they go sunburn they provided me with the only good bit of customer service. Straight away he let me know that he would be able to sort it out no worries. Expecting Ben to take down some details and give me a turn around time i was speachless when he started to take the grinder apart and asked if i wanted to watch the repairs.20 minuets later i was back on the road with a fixed grinder in hand all new parts an new housing.This business is a true ace for customer service, i will be recommending them from now on and will not get my tools serviced anywhere else.One happy customers

Had an issue with my Makita circular saw. Took it to Bunnings and they told me it would take a while to send off/get back and that I could just go direct to ABC Tool Repairs, and I'm very glad I did. I called and spoke to Ben and he said to bring it on in and he will have a look at it. When I arrived Ben was working on another tool with a customer but acknowledge me and my son, offered us a drink and said he wouldn't be too long. A couple of minutes later he took a look at the saw, fixed it within 30 seconds and explained what the issue was. Great bloke, great service. Thanks again!
