Where is Repco finding their staff?! Waiting in queue when John (who'd already clocked off) offered to grab me some items so I wouldn't have to wait around in line for a measly minute. Picked my specific items instantly like it was his only job, couldn't believe it.Then we have Corynn (I'm sure I butchered your name, sorry love) - probably the most helpful retail staff I've ever dealt with, anywhere. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about everything I inquired about - giving me more info than I knew how to ask for. She went absolutely above and beyond, extremely thankful for her assistance.Absolutely phenomenal team, I'll be back here for that alone, even if I have to travel a little further to get here.Owner of the store, please look after them. It's genuinely very rarely anyone comes across as even remotely enjoying themselves whilst at work - nothing was a problem for these two employees and they genuinely seemed happy to help. It's not often you get that, respectfulness, and knowledge in one package - I know all too well.Thanks again!

Hi was in at Epping rebco today and John was one of the best mangers that we have seen in a very long time that was amazing. John helped us with everything for a Ford Territory today I'd give him 10 stars of customer service amazing guy and we will be back at this store from now on and will be telling everyone I know .... thank you John for everything.. .

Needed a particular Pioneer car stereo today as I had booked it in to be installed tomorrow. My last online supplier cancelled my order last minute and refunded me, in case you're wondering...Due to the specially reduced price no stores had them in stock, as I tried picking one up from my local Repco yesterday afternoon, so I was starting to panic a little.I spoke to John on the phone who assured me he'd order it this morning and it would be in by lunch.Sure enough on my way home from work I dropped in and Nathan went out of his way to locate it and put the sale through.Thanks for the fantastic service team!(Tip: don't forget you can use your RACV mnembership to get a discount also, so saved an extra 5%, bonus!)

Friendly service. I ordered a product online and picked up my order within 1 hour. Easy and smooth transaction. Hassle free. They have recently renovated this Repco to the new layout so it does look different to the other elco I have been too.

The best service I could have hoped for. Dave and his team went above and beyond to help me during my recent windscreen wiper crisis. Dave comforted me by saying windscreen wipers are tricky...but I think he was just being nice hahaha cos he had them fixed in no time.Repco Epping has definately won me as a customer for life, I will not be going anywhere else!

Dannelle provided great service.She nicely advised battery types for my car and tested my car battery giving professional quotes with their products item code and availability which conveniently helped me solve the problem the next day.Even with her sufficient knowledge for the service she was being humble and thoughtful through the service.
