Firstly they kept us waiting to be served for over 20min, finally got served and put an order in for two kyaks. Rang them a couple of days later to be told that I could have colours Id ordered. Asked for my money back, provided details and was told that someone would call or text with details when done...3 weeks later and I'm still waiting to get my money back. They rarely answer phones and dont return messages...never deal with them...not worth the effort as their service is terrible!!

Most of their prices cannot be beaten.They have a very good range of products and the sales person was polite, friendly and keen to help when I visited.

The sales rep was friendly and helpful and the kayak I purchased was cheaper there than anywhere else I looked. I got a kayak and all the accessories for less than just the kayak cost at other places.

Called up and enquired about double kayaks, told me they had them for hire and gave me a price. Drove 25 minutes down the next day, waited for 20 minutes to be told they don't hire doubles...??? Didn't offer any alternatives and generally poor service.
