Hi,I am Nitin and had arrived Australia on Feb 11,2019 as an under 18 student. No idea about the new place, new people and culture. But the host provided by the AHN was amazing, They care, help and cooks variety of dishes for me. It's about 2months and 20 days, I am in Australia and writing this review and after 10 days, I am turning 18 and my host family has some travelling plans. So, I have to leave the place. I will always remember the fabulous and precious time I spent with this couple. I don't know about AHN workers but host they provide are just amazing and caring. Strongly recommend.......

I've met Eliana for an interview! She's just fantastic! She's very professional, she explained to me very well all the policies and guidelines to follow. She's very pleasant, with beautiful smile and very nice to talk to.I'm sure we will have a good teamwork.

My experience with AHN was very good and professional. The guidance, knowledge and training provided was way ahead of my host experience. Eliana was very graceful, punctual and her knowledge / professionalism was beyond what I had experienced. I am sure that Eliana is an asset to AHN. I look forward to working with AHN for many years.

As for the former student staying with AHN homestay ACT it is the most disappointment experience, she strictly controlled food consumption per each meals, which were not sufficient for me that I have to head to nearest supermarkets closeby to have more foods. Moreover, she always sneak into my room checking whether I use too much utilities or not, that is coubted as privacy invasion. Nevertheless, the house itself is very manky, not sure how she passed the mental health check as she is delusional checking my room all the time. I PAID TO STAY WITH YOU NOT BEGGING TO STAY THERE. Enjoy the humiliation and privacy invasion that AHN cannot do a thing, and only inform that I can changr by paying additional fee for homestay changement.Good luck with your staying, and stay safe eith AHN Homestay

good luck staying with a bad host, because the company wont do anything

I booked in the first time with AHN and I had a very BAD family and was not satisfied by them. I contacted AHN by a thursday to get a refund because i wanted to change. They said that they cannot provide me a refund but they can find a another family. I accepted and moved the next Sunday, It was very fast !!I honestly was very pleased and satisfied by the service provided by AHN and the new homestay. She was very friendly and lovely. I stayed with her 2 weeks. Unfortunately I had to leave because I've signed a contract for the end of April. I definitely recommend to book with AHN they were very professional and they were very bad when they hear my story. I advice people to also ask and check about the family if they have good rating with previous students because it important. THANKS AHN !!!

I just once used homestay. It was terrible. My host family was always making same diner, but they changed when I order to them. It's fine! However, they were watching noisy TV program for everynight. Anyway, my host family was don’t have enough experience. I couldn’t stay until last day.They're sucks. Also, I decide to leave homestay family who got upset to me. They just worried about their income.I require rating system for this services, and I think homestay family have to be having a enough experience and some qualification. I don’t want to stay with homestay family forever.

I have been AHN host for over 2 years now and I believe the firm is run in a high standard of professionalism. Hosts are clearly given enough information and guidance in caring for the students before they receive the student. AHN always find the best matching host for each student So the student can settle in comfortably and concentrate on their studies/ enjoy what Sydney can offer.
