Clarence Town Bowling Club

Cold beer, reasonably priced, the bar staff are great.The bistro staff are friendly, until you complain about the fact that kids meals have taken nearly two hours to come, adults meals come out in some random fashion despite the manager insisting they come out in the order in which they were ordered. She flatly refused another patron who asked for a refund, after waiting for nearly three hours for her main.In our party we had one ask for well done, it was served as medium, the medium rare was right, the medium was served as well done.If i could leave a zero star or a negative star review i would have.P.s the diane sauce was one of the best garlic sauces that we have ever had.

The staff were amazingly friendly even to the point of texting their mates for the name of a beer I might like. The menu might look a little pricey for a pub meal but the schnitzel will feed two adults.

Great food, super friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and generous! Myself and two others went to the Club on a night that the town had lost power due to a storm, hoping that maybe the Club had power. One lovely staff member was very happy to cook us our meals as soon as the power came back on. We very much appreciated the hot and delicious food on a cold, wet night!

Nice place , food ok but entree and main served at the same time and other meals were late being served.

Food was fine had seafood basket & garlic bread with strongbow sweet cider, coffee was ok no dessert because the kitchen closed before I finished at 2pm, there's no effpos at bar & kitchen only an atm, they also want you to take empty glasses back to the bar when finished, a part from all that it was ok food wise
