A fantastic caring team of professionals who provide a complete service for injured and sick animals. Dr Andrew is a very friendly skilled veterinarian with a rare skill set. Looked after our Jack Russell superbly. I was impressed with their professional friendly approach right from the initial phone and email contact.Sad to see the odd poor review which no doubt is related to the owners being uninsured. If you can’t afford pet insurance then you probably shouldn’t own an animal.

I highly recommend people looking elsewhere when needing to take their pet to the vet. Our puppy had to have an operation on his fractured leg, which was diagnosed by this practice, only to be told that it would cost anywhere between $3000-$4000 dollars. We then looked elsewhere to find a more reasonable figure of $1000. Not to mention the charge of over $800 to diagnose the issue, however they were kind enough to throw in an extra whilst he was under an anaesthetic.

Today we had the hard decision of putting our baby girl to rest. I can’t thank the Ace vet clinic enough. Every single person we spoke with was kind, considerate, informative and compassionate to us and our baby. They were understanding and generous to the circumstances and how emotional it was for us. The above and beyond of the grievance card, and a paint paw print taken and given to us was unexpected and unexplainably valued/cherished. I feel for them having to do such a hard job like that but so thankful we went through them to do so.

Lovely and understanding staff. Took my Dane there at 11pm, she was in for emergency surgery before midnight. Very open and honest about risk and cost. So very thankful for their afterhours support. Recieved a call after her surgery to let me know she was ok and what they found.The next day the vets were amazing at giving me information and updates about her condition. I really can not thank them enough for saving my baby girl.

I travelled three hours for this vet and their service is brilliant. A serious and delicate operation was carried out flawlessly and has transformed my French bulldog's life. I am so impressed with Andrew's skill we're going back this November for two more surgeries on my other Frenchie's. The staff took such good care of my dog and reassured me every step of the way. Great people and excellent care. The ACE team couldn't have done more for us

I was recommended to ACE vets by our usual vet for a second opinion, Andrew was thorough, informative and generous with his time. His clear and knowledgeable advice helped me decide on the best treatment for my dog, which turns out to be nothing right now. If I hadn't brought my dog over to ACE, I probably would have allowed her to have unnecessary surgery. If she requires surgery in the future I will be back over to ACE vets before any decisions. Thanks guys.
