Had a 2021 Navara serviced there and after the service I could hear an annoying little noise and I thought it was the new pollen filter rubbing or maybe not seated properly. Pull out the glove box and low and behold there's a dirty pollen filter that I have just been charged a little over $60.00 dollars to have it replaced. Went back and questioned what happened then found the air filter wasn’t checked, catches not done… the list goes on. No idea what’s really been fine but I know I’ll never go back.
