Bought a new car from the big garage, dealt with lochlin and Darren, couldn’t fault them one bit there customer service skills are some of the best I’ve dealt with, answered any questions instantly any they had to follow up would get a call back very quickly also took calls and texts after hours, had my car ready in just over a week with the add ons providing daily updates with transport 4 hours from Bairnsdale being organised. Will recommended them to anyone buying a new car and I will be back in the future.

Arranged to have our first service completed on our trip home, was easy to arrange and get done, allowing us to continue on that day. Jona in the service dept was helpful on the day having our car returned clean and ready to go, all went relatively to plan considering the major renovations and upgrades to the Big Garage.

I love dealing with TBG. I can honestly say that the next vehicle I purchase as a local will have to be through TBG. Trouble is, the vehicle I purchased 14 years ago from TBG which has towed a caravan round Australia a few times is still in perfect nick and I am reluctant to offload it. Glad to give a review.
