lmao this is easily the worst bagel ive ever seen. this is a caricature of a bad bagel. how did you turn a bagel into a 2D shape. it looks like they gave me cream cheese then tried to take it all away.probably shouldnt name yourself after bagels if youre going to serve two paper thin offcuts for 3$

Aviv Cakes and Bagels
Amazing cakes and pastries! I've been going here for years and their cakes are always high quality. The William Pear Torte is a favourite of mine (and my family); we always get it for celebrations! I've tried their vanilla slices and quiches and they are both delicious. My only criticism is that the pastry on the vanilla slice is very thick which makes it a little difficult to eat. Aside from that, Aviv is a great bakery and I highly recommend it!

crooked letters is the best cafe in the area for a quick bite and a good coffee. the staff are lovely, so friendly and always have a smile on their faces! there’s just something about their iced oat lattes I can’t get enough of. chorizo bagel for the win! they also have excellent pies and are super accomodating with finicky orders. love you guys!!!

Honestly best bagels in Sydney - so soft and delicious. Their focaccias are off the hook too. Not sure why people are complaining about the coffee, it tastes great to me! It’s a takeaway set up, so expect to grab and go or chill and eat outside.

Fantastic bagels, fresh and well seasoned.Unfortunately didnt get to try fillings as at 720pm everything was put away and closing. Was lucky to grab some bagels to take home.Maybe adjust your opening times.

This place serving Reuben hills coffee roster, one of the good coffee in the market.This I would recommend take away rather than sit down on a little courtyard (public place).Piccolo was alright to me,Pastry I’ve bought ricotta and berry jam donut.It’s a cold donut, it’s not served warm because of the jam might melt and messy to eat.However the donut it self was chewy, rather nit pleasant to eat, however the foiling, ricotta and jam was good.

I was fortunate enough to try a box of Goldeluck Doughnuts at Eastland, who are the largest of their three stores with one at Croydon South and other Patterson Lakes.There are so many choices it was tough to choose so left it up to the staff to pick for me.My favourite was the lemon meringue doughnut which is filled with lemon curd and topped with roasted meringue. Oh la la! My close second was the strawberry cheesecake doughnut which delectably consists of strawberry icing, vegan cheesecake filling with crushed digestive biscuits. The Oreo Dream and Bullseye certainly had the family wanting to try more.Sharing around with the family, cutting each into four bite sized pieces so we could test them, we all had our favourites. It’s interesting that each of us liked a different doughnut but consistently the golden gaytime was getting the most ‘oh yeah’.But they don’t just sell doughnuts - they also have savoury food and plenty of drinks. Dine in at their stylish tables or takeaway with their classy boxes.Named as one of the best doughnut shops by the Herald Sun, what I find that makes this place special is the back story of how Goldelucks came about. Visit their website and read ‘Our Story’ on how a 21 yo Phillip helped make his parents dream of opening a bakery come true. Inspirational.Yes the doughnuts are great but the provenance of this place makes it even better.If you’re looking for that something special for a birthday, anniversary, event or work function then try their dessert boxes, doughnut bouquets or gift boxes.They also deliver (next day) - brilliant!If you have any allergies then just let staff know as one of the doughnuts had a peanut butter glaze.I would highly recommend Goldelucks for their fresh food and wonderful customer service.Note: wheelchair friendly, disabled access, kid friendly, good parking at Eastland.
