You can't beat a family run local store. I found Nic And the staff all so helpful. A good price for a quality product and free delivery and removal of the old piece. Thoroughly recommend them !

Fantastic customer service in a store and with a delivery. Check out this store, Tanya is very knowledgeable and friendly and a delivery driver was very organised and friendly as well.

What a brilliant store, purchased a dining suite September 2020 and just found the middle piece was catching a little bit (first time i had to use it) I called the store and spoke to Nik, just like that extension piece replaced and is working like a dream. Everyone was so good to deal with and made me feel so important I've never had service like this. I then had a look at their Facebook page and they give away furniture to those in need! These guys go above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else for furniture, Thank you Nik and Jane!!!

Was served by a lovely lady in store while I was picking multiple products - checked online reviews and got worried so decided to just get one item.They delivered a damaged bed and was so rude and short when I called them about it.Was a huge inconvenience for them to re order me in a new bed - mean while my son was sleeping on the floor.The whole “free delivery & set up” they advertise on the radio and various other platforms is a absolute lie!On both occasions they were so rude and too busy to set up the bed.Wouldn’t recommend shopping here, plenty of other stores.

My roommate and myself, both 20yrs old, recently moved out of home and very much on a budget. We were looking for a lounge and coffee table. Jane couldn’t of helped us more. Found us the perfect lounge and table that didn’t break the bank, next day delivery with everything set up so quickly! Such a great experience, highly recommend this store!

Have purchased many items over many years like 25+ years. Owners set a high standard of service that's not pushy and thete is no pressure. They let you be and are always ready to help you, just like their staff.Just bought lounge and no delivery charge. Other retailer wanted to charge me $100 for same distance (local). Nik and Jane are the best but then they always have and thats why i keep going back when i need quality furniture. Highly recommend go and have a wonder around their shop.
