Have had the pleasure of using a water bed for over 40 years.i have never used anyone except for Aarons waterbed centre for parts, installations and maintenance. I have always found Colin to be honest, fair, polite and helpful. His integrity is first class and so is workmanship. Highly recomended!!!

I ordered my first waterbed from Colin approximately 30 years ago (possibly when he was beginning to establish his business). It served me wonderfully with Colin's expertise in installation and advice in maintenance. Moving homes once, Colin also dismantled and re assembled this bed for me demonstrating his precision to detailAbout 12 years ago, and with a larger bedroom, I ordered a King size waterbed from Aarons Waterbed Centre. Again, Colin installed it in an expert manner including fine tuning the water level for my personal comfort and providing essential tips to assist me in maintaining this excellent waterbed.I recommend Colin at Aarons Waterbed Centre to anyone who is currently seeking a great waterbed to be installed by a courteous professional with extensive experience in the Waterbed business.

Our new waterbed matress - with many thanks to Colin!We've been waterbed users for over 40 years and in all that time we've had only two matressess - with the same pine frame base. We've just loved our warm, cozy and most healing bed over such a long time.After we sprang a tiny leak in our now 20 plus years old matress this morning we called Colin at Arron's Waterbed Centre in Macleod.Within the hour he was around to our house to install a brand new and much better replacement matress and liner! What truly outstanding customer service indeed. In these days and times I don't think you could do better.He set it all up for us most professionally and we were so glad to be able to take up his offer of correct installation. Truly well worth the service call fee for sure we believe!Colin answered our two calls himself straight away and we were very impressed by both his dedication to his craft and his depth of understanding of this kind of product.We wouldn't sleep on anything else as over the years we've had major spinal surgery, shoulder replacement surgery and surgery for two broken legs - they're just so comfortable!We can thoroughly reccommend you give Colin a call, we did, and were so very glad we picked up the phone. Colin was prompt, helpful, gave honest and accurate advise. He came and dismantled my old waterbed and helped me assemble my new bed which needed extra support he came back the next day and finished setting everything up, new supports, new bladder, slept like a log. Highly recommend waterbeds and service provided by Colin.

Terry and Sharon.Colin is a pure gentleman to deal with. The waterbed he came and setup is the best. There is no such thing as a bed mattress that provides back support like a waterbed. I get up in the morning WITHOUT back pain and recommend any person who is contemplating getting a waterbed to not think about it anymore and GET ONE, this has changed my life. A fantastic product from a true gentleman who provided me with fantastic service. Also at a quarter of the price than a mattress.
