John and his techs provided a great service. I had an aesthetic issue with my laptop that John and his team don't usually fix. However he went out of his way to assess it and find a solution. The communication was beyond the call of duty - responding to my requirements outside of office hours and been willing to accommodate my own working hours by letting me drop and pick up my laptop at my convenience. He kept me up to date through out the day on the progression of the job. Appreciate the help! Cheers NHJ

John is a really friendly and knowledgeable guy. He took every measure to make sure my current data was protected before fixing my computer, as well as explaining everything as he went. John is really personable, he took the time to learn about me, my situation and helped me with more than my computer problems. I definitely recommend giving John a call!

My computer had a urgent problem with the battery, the tip was melting when I plugged it to my computer and it resulted in a contact failure so that I couldn't recharge the battery at all. I absolutely needed it for my work and John did all his best to get the job done within the day and for a very good price ! The result is far beyond what I expected and John even took the time to keep me updated about the repair process. I strongly recommend this company: very professional and efficient.
