We just recently submitted at DA into Wollongong Council and it returned with a bush fire rating of FZ. We engaged Kate to carry out a comprehensive bush fire assessment of our property and re-submitted report as a modification into council. Kate's knowledge and experience were able to demonstrate that our fire rating should be down graded to Bal 40.Thanks to Kate and the team at Harris environmental our building works can now commence.
