Walked in, greeted by the friendliest guy. Sat down & explained the entire process thoroughly. I was super nervous as this was my first time getting laser removal. He made me feel so comfortable and after he did the session he then went over the after-care really thoroughly. 100% recommend this place.

I made a last minute decision to finally do something about my annoying tattoo & Counterpunch had great reviews. A quick call and Duncan fit me in, within the hour. Located upstairs, above a street facing boutique art gallery, Counterpunch is stylishly minimalist with cool as artwork. Duncan was super easy going & friendly. Down to earth, knowledgeable, explained things simply and talked me through every step. Minimal cost, minimal discomfort (seriously nothing!), buzz, zap and I was done in 15 mins. Aftercare explained & in 8 weeks, I can decide if I wish to do another round. My small tatt is almost removed in just the 1 application. I'm beyond amazed! No issues following, I actually removed gauze an hour later & apart from a couple of days of slightly raised sections, it settled down quickly & skin is smooth & flat 1 week post. My experience was easy, simple, reassuring & surprising. Duncan knows his sh*# so I would be very comfortable referring his services to my friends & family. Thanks for a great experience Duncan! I went in to see Duncan yesterday about removing two tattoos on my hand. He is an easygoing good dude and explained everything very well. I will be back in 10 weeks for another go.
