A good all round Muffin Break. Had my standard gluten free muffin (a coeliac imperative) which was lovely. Coffee delivered extra hot as requested. Seating perhaps a bit tight.

The lady (dark hair, glasses) who works at the Penrith store was rude to me and my son and told us to move from the seating area because we hadn’t bought anything. There was plenty of seats available but she still told us to leave. Who tells a pregnant woman and a child to move when there are plenty of chairs? I used to always buy coffee and muffins from here but I never will again because of this woman.

Have been a regular customer here for a long time and was shocked at the rude service yesterday. Coffee and muffins were both very nice . The staff are all different people, wondering if the shop has changed hands.

Brought 3 Butterscotch muffins and coffee muffins very bland in flavour not a butterscotch taste at all would not get again
