I called them to make sure they had an item in stock, they told me that they definitely had it in stock, I drove half an hour into Taree straight after the call only to get there and for them to tell me they don’t have any in stock. Waste of time and petrol, could have been avoided if they properly looked at the stock when I called.

Ordered my iphone 14 pro max.. pick up date was on 21/09 and now it's pushed back to 29/09 ... what a joke... should have ordered from apple website.

May I just say that the experience I had today in Officeworks was absolutely amazing. I was bringing back a Faulty D-Link Router and was served by Alan on the front desk. He was very quick to help me out, and make sure I was being looked after. He processed the refund efficiently and was very nice throughout the process.He understood what I was saying and listened to me rather than making me feel like I’m in the wrong. It was very pleasant to have such a lovely experience. Thankyou so much for your lovely Service Alan, you should be commended.

Ordered some furniture online for delivery in a week... checked to make sure it was in stock... its been a month. Every so often I log on to see what the new delivery estimate is - they don't send you an email to tell you've they've delayed it, they just delay it.. I suppose it'll turn up one day... maybe. Considered cancelling it but you cant do that online, you just sit on the phone...

Office Works TareeI would like to take this opportunity to thank Alan, of the printing section for the advice, testing, printing and results he produced.I had presented him with a very aged 100+ page catalogue circa 1874 which had considerable extraneous writing over it. There were some initial problems which Alan successfully dealt with leaving me with a very readable piece of history.Please convey my thanks for all the efforts I must have dealt him.Sincere regards Tony Clarke
