Very helpful staff from beginning to end of experience and knowledgeable (Great assistance for me as a disabled shopper with no car!) Just a shame the centre has no internal transport vehicles for those with no car

Website said it was a drive through and open. Got to the shop and it is set in a shopping centre and definitely not open and is certainly NOT A DRIVE THROUGH! PLEASE UPDATE BECAUSE THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME.

A friend and I were waiting in line to pay for our drinks when another man came up to the other side of the counter. When it was our turn, the server gestured to the other man to come up to the counter and pay. The other customer said that he knew we were first. The server (who was generously older) said 'no don't worry, I have to ID them, frisk them and pat them down' before giving us a wink. The other buyer clearly felt awkward on our behalf.When the customer left, the server then went on to say 'sorry, you guys just look terribly, terribly young'...at this point I was thinking, 'if we look so young to you, don't proposition me with a pat down,' but held my tongue as I was embarassed and to be quite frank, just wanted my alcohol.

I'm tired of selecting delivery, only to find out that there are no drivers available. You don't know this until you have paid for it. By then BWS has already taken your money. Then its changed to pick up and the store just come up with the pathetic excuse that they have no control over it and you have to rescheduled it, which is usually the next day. NO GOOD TO ME WHEN IVE ORDERED IT FOR TONIGHT. This has happened a few time and I'm sick of it. I know very well that it was set for delivery because it gave me a time for the delivery!

Excellent service and fantastic offers. Worth giving them a go as they do have some offers that Dan doesn't have, I know they can beat the price if you tell them. Though really when your in a mood to grab a drink not negotiate a lower price.

Prompt service. Customer service is......well, the few times I've been through there, I felt rushed & money sales was more important than a friendly smile with a hello or goodbye from staff.
