I highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to do a thorough pest and building report by fully qualified inspectors. I have dealt with companies in the past who are not actually licensed builders or licence pest inspectors, so be very sure to do your homework. Very professional and helpful, going above and beyond what is expected. 11 out of 10

My wife and I have now used East Coast Building and Pest twice in the past week. They have been brilliant both times, the reports were thorough and easy to understand, and supplied within a couple of hours of the inspection. We also discovered that not all companies who offer pre-purchase inspections are licensed builders in NSW, whereas East Coast Build and Pest have only qualified builders to do their inspections. It's worth that little bit more to get a pro. We dealt with Dion and Andrew who are total legends. Thanks guys! Would recommend to anyone.

Dion completed a very thorough and informative pest inspection on our behalf. I was impressed with Dion's attention for detail and that he really took his time to go over everything. I received a written report with photos of specific matters within three hours of completing the inspection.Although I thought initially that the quoted price was a bit high, I am now satisfied that it represents good value for money. This is especially because of the time taken by Dion and the thoroughness of the inspection and report.Dion was punctual, very polite and friendly, and took care with the property.

My partner and I had the guys come through for a pre-purchase inspection 18 months ago ... quality service from start to finish.They went over the place with a fine tooth comb and made us aware of a couple minor issues we never would have picked up. They also let us know what to look out for in the future.We bought the place after considering all the details and have them back annually for the once over.We can’t recommend their services enough.
