The team at my rehab co are all about the quality of the service! Using multiple manual therapy techniques from massage to dry needling to laser therapy and adjustments! The team use all their skills under their belt to get the best outcome for you each session! I have been with my rehab co for multiple years now which they have helped me return to my normal activities pain free and functional! I highly recommend the team for anyone dealing with acute and chronic injuries / pain related issues. To me they are the doctors of manual therapy and you can trust them to help you in some way, shape or form you will get a positive outcome!

I started with myo and one on one pilates sessions with Em before joining group classes. Best decision ever. The space is beautiful the vibe is friendly, positive and welcoming. All of the instructors have been fab. If you’re looking for a boutique style studio that gives you one on one attention in a small setting this is the place. The location also makes it super convenient for busy locals.

I started seeing Troy from the Complete Health Clinic about 6 or 7 years ago. Troy has got my back/neck to a place where I only need to see him if I've done something silly to mess it up! He's provided fantastic advice and and strategies to help strengthen my back in order to come back and see him. He's worked wonders!Thanks Complete Health Clinic!

Love Pakeham Oesto. Been seeing a couple if different oestos but Darren since I was pregnant with my second child and always leave the appointments feeling better. With a desk job and stress carried in my neck/shoulders can't live without regular trips to the oesto! Hayley at the front desk always has a knack for knowing who's walking through the door too.

They loosen everything off before they adjust anything and their level of education and training, as well as problem solving abilities are exceptional.
