Great stock selection, good prices and friendly service every time I've been here. I've bought at least 15 items from here over the years.I visited today to exchange an item under warranty and was met with professionalism, fast support and the perfect resolution. A great experience for purchasing my first smartwatch.I actually went into the St Kilda store and met Matthew who was very knowledgeable and more than happy to help out with any questions I had.He even went out of his way to find extra information to help out even further.I couldn't believe how great the service was after trying to get information about the watch from other stores. I was also surprised at how many accessories were in store compared to anywhere else I had tried to look at the Fenix watch.I certainly don't regret driving a bit further to get great customer service and the best advice possible.
