Dr Adam, has not only helped fix my physical issues, but helped me deal with a lot of personal issues, that have allowed me to push myself back into higher education and believing in myself. Would recommend him and his team to anyone needing help in life, be it physical, mental or emotional.

I was suffering from sciatica and Dr Adam implemented a program both in and out of the water to manage the condition. As soon as l began doing these exercises l felt relief and to this day still follow the program on a regular basis.
