Friendly but i had an accident there after shopping where I painfully hit the concrete after stumbling on an uneven rubber mat surface - still haven't heard from the company - its like they think that is not important and my injury doesnt matter even though i am a very regular customer at the Dural store

Wally thoroughly enjoyed his massage with Mel, he was completely relaxed after it and napped most of the day. Mel was amazing at controlling Wally to give him his first massage and trust me he can be hard to wrangle sometimes. I would happily trust Mel to give Wally further massages especially as they are great for his health and Mel also gives advice to help me some idea of how I can help care for him.Testimonial from Wally:I loved getting my massage from Mel she made me feel nice and relaxed. Good and attentive vets and nurses, I take both my 15yo cat and a 11yo dog there, they always receive good care, vaccinations or treatment.

It is absolutely UNNECESSARY to have the dog nail clipping at such an expensive price!! $18 for a 5 minute service??!! This is just GREEDY.Staff are rude and indifferent.MINUS 5 stars.

I am consistently impressed by the superb service at Petstock Heatherbrae. The staff are always so polite, helpful and willing to offer advice. Always say hello when you walk in and offer to help take items to your car. Highly recommend.

The vet was scared of our puppy, there is a first for everything i guess.. Then he said his conjunctivitis was fine and no treatment required. The conjunctivitis got worse, took him to our normal vet (hamilton) who were furious with the advice received from wallsend vet and gave pup antibiotics straight away.

I absolutely LOVE this store. Their range of fish products is fantastic. I do wish they had a little more non-dangly bunny toys but other than that it's great and the staff are really friendly and helpful!

Ben is a lovely and personable vet who truly loved and cares about his patients. He has been treating my floof since she was a kitten and she has thrived under his care. It’s just a shame there is no treatment for old grump.

I often don't make time to share positive stories but honeslty have to share this one. Boutique Paws has changed our lifes giving us our best girl. Our girl is healthy and has been tested by our vet for Giardia, this seems to be a public concern and she is NEGATIVE! We couldn't be happier with our fur baby. The serviced received was outstanding. Will answered all my questions (alot of them) and was very informative. Since purchasing Lily we have spoken and shared photos with the breeder. A really great experience. Thank you xxx
