Please note Harris Scarfe West Burleigh does not stock SHOES or UNDERWEAR as indicated in their brochure - don't be disappointed as I was today having driven specifically to Burleigh for these items. Their brochure needs to make it obvious that certain items are not stocked at their Burleigh store.

Great customer service..they recently provided free replacement of some sheets that were losing their colour and made it very easy for me. I am a repeat customer and have always found them to have great products and wonderful service. Thank you!

We purchased a mattress from Ian who was excellence with no pressure and important sleeping information as well it was a very competive price

Had stock of the specific curtains I found in Web search although the colour was a few shades lighter which is what I was seeking. The staff were very friendly & helpful.Only issue was negotiating the earth & roadworks on Armadale road-hopefully these finish in another 12 months.

Don't bother with click and collect. I had to call the next day to see if the mattress I ordered was ready, even though when you checkout online it's stated that the store will contact you when your order is ready. The mattress was in stock so there was no reason for the delay.After calling I drove down to collect the mattress and after arriving, ringing the doorbell twice, giving up and calling the store, then waiting another 25 minutes someone finally opened the door to give me my one mattress. To top it off there was nobody who could help me load it on the roof of my car. I have a destroyed back, had a shoulder replaced after a traumatic injury, and various other issues from 30 years in the Army, and not one person in a furniture store could help.This is really poor and inconsiderate customer service. It seems like once they have your money, the service stops there.I definitely won't be back.

We bought a mattress from Bedshed O'Connor which had a manufacturers fault Chloe the Manager at the O'Connor store couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the warranty Issue together with the company Rep. We highly recommend purchasing a mattress here knowing you have a genuine warranty and a manager who genuinely cares about after sales service. Thanks Chloe.
