We cannot speak highly enough of Marut at Pack and Send Blackburn. We sent 8 boxes via DHL to the UK. There were some unforeseen issues with UK customs which caused some problems, however Marut was very professional and diligent and ultimately resolved the matter for us, going above and behind to make sure our goods were re-shipped. Pack and Send Blackburn is very customer focused and they really do go out of their way to make sure you get a result. 5 stars
